BETTER ACCESS:
GP Mental Health Treatment Plan
With a GP assessment and referral you can obtain a ‘GP Mental Health Treatment Plan’. This plan allows you to access 6-initial Medicare rebated sessions. Once you have utilised your initial 6-sessions, you can then attend your GP for a review and obtain access to an additional 4-sessions.
(Total of 10-medicare rebated sessions per calendar year).

DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN AFFAIRS (DVA):
For eligible individuals under DVA. Following a GP assessment and referral you can access sessions funded under DVA. Access to this service is dependant on your DVA ‘card’ classification. For further information please speak to your referring GP and DVA
representative.

NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS):
Self-Managed
For eligible NDIS clients. With a self-managed fund, you will be paying a fee up front and your NDIS provider will rebate you the amount.
50-minute session.

NDIS under Lilly Pilly Counselling Consortium
Julieanne also sees eligible NDIS clients under ‘Lilly Pilly Counselling Consortium’ for those clients whose NDIS plans are not self-managed. For eligible clients please consult your NDIS provider for further information.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SERVICE (PSS):
Under Lilly Pilly Counselling Consortium
Following a GP assessment for eligibility, a referral for PSS can be obtained. PSS is funded by the Central Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN). Once a referral has been created your GP will send this to be assessed by CESPHN.
CESPHN will accept or decline this referral; if accepted they will then assign you to a relevant Psychologist or Social Worker.

If you wish to see Julieanne under PSS, please contact Julieanne before seeing your GP for a PSS referral. Julieanne accepts limited clients under the PSS program. 

When making a PSS referral please ask your referring GP to indicate your preferred clinician by noting “Julieanne Lowe- Lilly Pilly Counselling Inc” on the online referral.
